WordPress / Websites, Quickbooks, Adobe, ChatGPT/AI, Social Media Account Setup, Cybersecurity and being safe online, Cloud & SharePoint, POS Systems, SEO and being found online, Canva (more advanced level), Email & Digital Marketing, Customer Service, Apps Needed for Business Success (Stripe, Square, PayPal, Cash App, Venmo), Record retention and archiving of files.
